Position Summary The Senior Sales Executive converts inbound leads into confirmed bookings. This is a high-energy, high-volume role where your earnings grow directly with your performance. You will be the first voice of the company for prospective customers, guiding them from enquiry to confirmed booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer needs, present relevant services, and close bookings.
- Follow the defined sales process: pre-call preparation, pitch, objection handling, and booking confirmation.
- Log every customer interaction accurately and promptly in the CRM (Zoho).
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly booking and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the Customer Success (CS) team at handoff, passing on complete and accurate customer details.
- Treat referrals from existing customers as new leads and follow up on them promptly.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes.
- Target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections.
- Comfortable learning and working within CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
- Basic proficiency with WhatsApp Business and other digital communication tools.
