Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive, ASM for an on-site role based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for supporting store operations, achieving sales targets, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs,



guiding them through jewellery selections, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring high standards of service quality. The role also involves managing inventory, assisting in promotional activities, and ensuring the store’s overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong sales acumen with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for understanding and catering to customer needs
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good organizational and operational skills, including inventory management and retail operations
- Experience in the retail or jewellery industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in regional language(s) is a plus
