Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements

- Present and recommend suitable jewellery products

- Handle premium customers and close sales

- Achieve individual and store sales targets

- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business

- Manage customer follow-ups and queries

- Maintain excellent showroom and customer service standards

- Coordinate with the Store Manager / ASM

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of jewellery industry experience is mandatory

- Robust jewellery sales and customer-handling experience

- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills

- Excellent knowledge of jewellery products

- Confident, presentable and professionally groomed

- Target-oriented and customer-focused

- Knowledge of English, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
