Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new customers and generate business opportunities.
2. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
3. Handle B2B customers, dealers, and distributors.
4. Conduct regular market and customer visits.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
6. Generate leads and convert them into orders.
7. Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.
8. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
9. Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
10. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
11. Maintain daily visit, sales, and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer service.

Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development in any oil company

Experience in lubricants, oil, grease, or industrial products will be preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Robust customer handling and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented approach.

Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.

Salary: As per experience and interview.
