What you'll do
Call interested students and parents
Explain our courses, fees and career opportunities in a straightforward, friendly way
Guide students from their first enquiry through registration and admission
Follow up regularly and build a relationship of trust with every lead
Maintain daily call records and lead updates in the CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the counselling team for campus visits and walk-ins

Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday off

Who we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, admissions counselling or customer support
Good communication in Telugu
A confident, polite and convincing way of speaking
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in education or admissions counselling is a big plus
