Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller / Lead Management Executive to handle incoming property inquiries, engage with potential customers, and coordinate site visits. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys talking to people and wants a secure career in real estate sales — no prior real estate experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
Understand customer needs and explain relevant property options clearly
Schedule and confirm site visits with interested customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM/tracking sheet




Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Re-engage cold or inactive leads through periodic follow-up calls

Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/local language]
Basic computer/smartphone knowledge for data entry
Freshers welcome — full training provided
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales is a plus
Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
