Job Title: Domestic Sales Executive (Male)

Location: India (Extensive Travel Across India)

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Domestic Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales. The role requires frequent travel to meet customers, generate recent business, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and execute account development plans for key customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective sales support.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Coordinate with production, operations,



and support teams to ensure timely order execution.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Travel extensively across different states to meet customers and expand business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
15 years of experience in Domestic Sales, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Field Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
