Responsibilities
Greet and welcome passengers and assist them with their queries.
Handle passenger check-in and baggage-related procedures.
Assist with airline ticket reservations and bookings.
Provide customer service and travel-related information.
Assist passengers during boarding and arrival procedures.
Support passengers with special requirements, including elderly and disabled passengers and passengers travelling with children.
Coordinate with airport and airline teams as required.
