Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and develop tooling solutions for industrial equipment and machinery using Solid Works software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and timely delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and test current designs to optimize performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues with existing tools or fixtures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for tool designs and developments.
Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless integration of recent tool designs.

Job Requirements :
Proficiency in Solid Works software for creating complex models and designs is required.
A robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, materials science, and kinematics is necessary.
Experience on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders is expected.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Familiarity with tool design, development, or manufacturing industry practices is preferred.
