Role Description The Senior Research Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Doddballapura, Bengaluru. This role involves designing and executing experiments to support drug substance projects, including optimization, and validation across relevant technology platforms.

The Senior Research

Associate will analyze and interpret data, prepare technical reports, and contribute to documentation needed for regulatory submissions and internal reviews. The position includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in project meetings,



and providing scientific input to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The role also involves maintaining laboratory compliance with safety, quality, and GLP/GMP requirements, and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in biotechnology, or related disciplines, with a Master’s degree or higher preferred.
- Hands-on experience in experimental design, downstream processing and data interpretation within drug development or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of CDMO operations, regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA), and quality systems such as GLP/GMP.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and relevant software tools for data analysis and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and interacting with external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior researchers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety and ethical research practices.
