Every assessment a candidate goes through runs inside one platform, so each hire/no-hire call comes with structured evidence behind it. We call this decision intelligence. Candidates are filtered tightly at every stage of the pipeline, so hiring managers spend their time only on people worth meeting. Their judgement scales across every hire without costing them their calendar.

We work with fast-scaling startups and Global Capability Centres. Our in-house talent team runs live mandates end-to-end on the platform, so you'll see how AI-native hiring works from the inside.

The role

You own mandates from intake to joining. Our talent intelligence analysts give you the map, which covers target companies, role vocabulary, sample profiles and screening criteria. You turn it into hires: you shape the brief with the hiring manager, run the search, hold the bar through every stage, and close the candidate.

Your mandates will span both technical roles (software, DevOps, embedded and other engineering) and non-technical roles (finance, sales, business development, marketing and operations), often at the same time. As the team grows, you'll also set the standard that our associate recruiters learn from.

What you'll do

- Run intake like a consultant. Pressure-test the hiring manager's brief, separate must-haves from nice-to-haves, and push back when the ask doesn't match the market.
- Own the search. Work from the analysts' intel brief, go beyond it where needed, and deliver tight shortlists that hold up under scrutiny.
- Hold the bar. Screen hard against filters and dis-qualifiers, move candidates through Ratch assessments and client rounds,



and stick to committed turnaround times.
- Close. Manage compensation conversations, counter-offers and notice periods, and stay with the candidate until they join.
- Manage the client relationship. Give hiring managers clear, evidence-backed updates and make sure they're never surprised by a pipeline status.
- Sharpen the system. Tell analysts what the market is actually saying, flag where a brief was wrong, and help us improve how the platform filters and evaluates people.
- Raise the team. Review associate recruiters' shortlists and outreach, and coach them through hard mandates.

Who you are

- You have 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, from intake through offer and joining, across both technical and non-technical roles.
- You've closed hires in agency, RPO or fast-growing in-house settings, and you can walk us through the numbers behind them.
- You can hold your ground with a senior hiring manager and change their mind with evidence rather than opinion.
- You can switch from an engineering brief in the morning to a sales or finance brief in the afternoon without losing depth on either.
- You already use AI tools in your own workflow and have a view on where they help and where they don't.
- You still care about craft. Years in the job haven't made you settle for a CV-forwarding routine.

What this role is not It isn't a steady 9-to-5 with a predictable pace. You'll be measured on hires closed, quality of shortlists and turnaround times, not effort or hours logged. Feedback here is direct and frequent. If you're looking for a role where seniority means doing less, this isn't it.
