What Youll Be Doing

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Source, assess, and place top-tier professionals across manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, semiconductor engineering, and life sciences sectors.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilise innovative sourcing techniques across job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks to identify and attract specialist talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, job postings, interview notes, and recruitment activity within Bullhorn.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical hiring requirements and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry-specific networking events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure recruitment processes remain aligned with company standards, operational procedures,



and relevant industry regulations.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets, activity metrics, and hiring timelines.

- Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, BioPharma, or related technical sectors.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Bullhorn experience preferred,



along with a range of sourcing tools and platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence candidates, clients, and stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
- Organisation & Agility: Able to manage multiple vacancies, competing priorities, and tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
