Senior Recruitment Manager- US Staffing ( NIGHT SHIFT )

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our recruiting operations in Mysore. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading and developing a recruiting team, ensuring recruiting targets are achieved, and continuously improving the quality, speed, and efficiency of our hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT staffing/recruiting, team management, client and Account Manager relationships, and recruitment operations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate onboarding.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the recruiting team and ensure individual and team performance meets established goals.
- Review and prioritize job requirements, assign positions to recruiters, monitor progress, and ensure timely closures.
- Review resumes and approve candidate submissions to ensure quality, skill alignment, and client requirements are met.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, drive offer closures, and ensure successful onboarding of selected candidates.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve recruitment processes, metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Analyze recruiting performance and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Research and implement industry best practices, innovative recruiting strategies, and new sourcing approaches.
- Build strong working relationships with Account Managers, recruiters, hiring managers, customers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
- Monitor recruitment costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and support social media and digital recruiting strategies for different job profiles and functions.




- Conduct interviews for key and critical positions and support recruiters with interview and candidate evaluation strategies.
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to align recruitment strategy with business and workforce requirements.
- Ensure recruiting teams follow company processes, policies, and applicable employment and labor requirements.
- Leverage ATS and recruiting technology, including JobDiva, to improve productivity, reporting, candidate tracking, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably within the IT staffing or technology industry.
- Proven experience managing and leading recruiting teams.
- Strong understanding of IT and Engineering positions and technical skill requirements.
- Experience supporting MSP programs and/or direct client accounts is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect business objectives with recruitment strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms; JobDiva experience is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and applicable employment/labor regulations.
- Strong interviewing, coaching, analytical, and performance-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, accountability, and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruiting/business productivity tools.
