Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter, US IT Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT and technology requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring , sound knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and consultant pipelines in a rapid-paced environment.

The role requires strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Prior experience supporting Financial Services or Banking clients will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding through candidate joining.
- Source qualified IT professionals for W2 requirements using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, employment status, compensation, location, and availability.
- Conduct structured video screenings and video interviews.
- Manage consultant submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and hiring teams to understand role expectations and provide regular hiring updates.
- Manage multiple and high-volume requirements while maintaining candidate quality and turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor candidate movement across different hiring stages and proactively address delays or drop-offs.

Mandatory Requirements





- 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
- Strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring .
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.
- Experience sourcing, screening, assessing, and hiring US-based IT consultants.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and employment categories.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networking.
- Experience conducting video screenings and video interviews.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and pipeline-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting H1B candidates.
- Exposure to Financial Services or Banking clients.
- Experience using BerriBot or another AI-enabled recruiting tool.
- Experience managing high-volume consultant hiring requirements.
- Prior experience handling client or stakeholder interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage recruitment deliverables.
