Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import procurement of parts, components & materials

- Identify, evaluate & develop overseas suppliers

- Handle RFQs, quotation comparison & commercial negotiations

- Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms & Incoterms

- Prepare & release POs and monitor open orders

- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Stores, Quality & Logistics

- Track shipments, ETD/ETA and import documentation

- Drive cost reduction through alternate sourcing & supplier negotiations
