Required Skills

- Strong experience in Manual Testing with a solid understanding of Software Testing

Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.

- Hands-on experience in API & Integration Testing using Postman (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Valuable exposure to Salesforce Testing, with experience in one or more of the

following:

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

CPQ

Marketing Cloud

Experience Cloud (preferred)

- Strong Automation Testing experience.

- Mandatory hands-on expertise in at least one of the following automation tools:

Playwright (Preferred)

Selinum

Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

Provar

AccelQ

- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.

- Strong experience in automating:

Salesforce UI flows

API test scenarios

End-to-end business workflows

- Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps





- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to Business Analysis activities such as requirement analysis, user story

grooming, and acceptance criteria validation.

- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective

test scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

- QA Certifications in manual/automations Testing (e.g., ISTQB,CRT, Provar,Playwright)

are a plus.

- Salesforce domain experience is highly preferred.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin or Consultant) are a plus.
