About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Test Lead to drive quality assurance strategy, testing governance, release readiness, and quality improvement initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading QA teams, managing testing lifecycles, defect governance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, healthcare application testing, and managed service transition programs.

What You'll Do:

- Define and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies, test methodologies, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, entry and exit criteria, and release readiness frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across application, integration, data, infrastructure, and managed service transition projects.
- Coordinate testing efforts among QA analysts, business testers, development teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Establish and govern defect management processes, defect triage meetings, and escalation procedures.
- Drive defect analysis, root cause investigation, risk assessment, and corrective action planning.
- Monitor and report testing progress, quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness status.
- Review test coverage, traceability matrices, test evidence, and quality compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and improve testing efficiency across projects.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, regulatory, and organizational quality standards.
- Support test data management, environment planning, and validation activities.
- Lead major incident reviews,



quality audits, and service improvement initiatives.
- Establish reusable testing assets, frameworks, quality controls, and best practices.
- Mentor QA engineers and support capability development across testing teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Management.
- Solid experience leading enterprise-level QA programs and testing initiatives.
- Expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and quality governance.
- Proven experience managing defect lifecycle, defect triage, and defect governance processes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Mandatory experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience managing testing activities for healthcare applications and healthcare technology platforms.
- Knowledge of application testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, UAT, and release validation.
- Experience establishing quality metrics, release readiness assessments, and testing dashboards.
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving process improvement initiatives.




- Knowledge of test automation strategies and quality engineering best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to mentor and guide QA teams while driving engineering excellence.
- Experience supporting managed service transitions and operational readiness programs.
