Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for MEP materials.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Prepare comparative statements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Verify material quantity and specifications as per PO.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 3–4 years of purchase/procurement experience, preferably from a manufacturing/MEP background.
