Aria Communication is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Public Relations Professional to join our team in Mumbai.

We’re looking for someone who understands the PR landscape, enjoys building strong media relationships, can lead accounts independently, and knows how to turn communication strategies into meaningful media outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of PR professionals and account managers, including identifying training and development needs
- Manage both new and existing client accounts and serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Develop and oversee media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, senior media professionals, industry commentators, spokespeople and sector influencers
- Oversee PR campaigns, media outreach, interviews, press releases, thought leadership and other communication initiatives
- Drive account development while ensuring consistent quality and delivery across the portfolio
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, including support during reputation and crisis situations
- Identify opportunities for networking, partnerships and enhanced media visibility
- Support new business development and contribute to the agency’s growth pipeline
- Oversee account resources and ensure efficient team and campaign management
- Track, analyse and present media performance and campaign outcomes




- Contribute to business strategy and the continued development of the agency

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in PR, media relations and account management
- Excellent understanding of the Mumbai media landscape
- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and PR mandates
- Strong media network across relevant business, real estate, lifestyle, corporate or industry media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, team management and mentoring abilities
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Experience in an agency environment will be an advantage
