Project

Manager (Corporate Interior Fit Out) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end management of corporate interior projects from initiation to handover. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and cost parameters. The Sr.

Project

Manager coordinates with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, track progress, and manage change orders and approvals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring site execution, conducting inspections, managing logistics and material flow, supervising contractors, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The role also involves risk management, documentation and reporting, resolving project issues, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management for fit-out projects, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and cost control.
- Experience in expediting activities, acting as an Expeditor and overseeing Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials, approvals, and resources.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality checks for interior works, finishes, and services to meet design and compliance standards.
- Competence in Logistics Management for materials, equipment, and site operations to maintain smooth execution and minimize downtime.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience (typically 8-10 years) in corporate interior fit-out or commercial construction, including large-scale or multi-site projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, HSE practices, and industry standards relevant to corporate interiors.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
