Senior Project Manager

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring structure, ownership, and strong execution to our growing creative operations. We work across creative strategy, video production, editing, social media, and content operations.

The Role

- As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end — from planning and briefing to execution, quality control, delivery, and client communication.
- You will work closely with clients, Project Managers, editors, creative teams, QC, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.
- This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and capable of solving problems without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Own projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, task trackers, milestones, and priorities.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, QC, content, and other internal teams.
- Translate client requirements and creative briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
- Track project progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints early.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail.




- Conduct regular project follow-ups and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Work with leadership to plan team capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities.
- Handle client/stakeholder communication, updates, feedback, revisions, and escalations when required.
- Ensure feedback is properly documented, communicated, and implemented by the relevant team.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Identify recurring operational issues and develop processes to prevent them.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure creative output meets the required standards before delivery.
- Monitor project performance against timelines, deliverables, and agreed requirements.
- Take ownership of escalations and drive issues toward resolution.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior Project Managers and coordinators.
- Provide regular project status updates and actionable reports to leadership.

What We're Looking For

- 3–4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency, production house, media company, marketing team, or similar fast-paced environment.




- Strong experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Strong understanding of project planning, workflows, dependencies, and resource management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working with project management tools, spreadsheets, trackers, and communication platforms.
- Ability to create structure in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Experience working with creative/video production teams is strongly preferred.
