We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects from planning and execution through completion and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, construction execution, contractor management, cost control, quality assurance, safety, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Lead the complete project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to project completion and handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities including structural, finishing, external development, and related works.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely issuance of drawings.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material consumption, manpower deployment, and overall project profitability.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, variations, additional works, and quantity requirements.
- Ensure construction work is executed in accordance with approved drawings,



specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Establish and monitor quality control procedures and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project progress reports for senior management.
- Identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, and potential cost overruns and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, inspection records, measurements, and reports.
- Coordinate testing, snagging, commissioning, completion activities, and final handover.
- Drive timely resolution of site issues and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- PMP, PG Diploma in Construction Management, or similar certification will be an advantage.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or real estate projects.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in residential/commercial real estate, luxury residential projects, high-rise buildings, hospitality projects, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
