Manage architectural design development from Concept through Design Development, Detailed Design, Construction, and Handover for Hospitality / HOTEL projects.
Coordinate and drive Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape, Structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants on quality, timelines, and coordination.
Review drawings, presentations, BOQs, and technical submissions; identify and resolve design gaps and coordination issues.
Conduct design coordination meetings, prepare Mo Ms, and maintain solid follow-up/closure tracking on all action items.
Ensure designs meet project brief, statutory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines; escalate critical issues to the D&D; Head.
Requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Auto CAD/MS Office/Revit, and a proactive, assertive approach to consultant management.
