Role & responsibilities

- Plan and allocate manpower effectively across fabrication and assembly departments

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met

- Coordinate between fabrication, machining, and assembly teams

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

- Ensure timely completion of machines as per production schedule

- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework/rejection

- Handle shop floor issues with strong problem-solving skills

- Monitor productivity and improve operational efficiency

- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and resources

- Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow on the shop floor

- Solid leadership and manpower management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Good understanding of fabrication and machine assembly processes
