NWe are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit.

NKey Responsibilities

Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.
N
Own revenue management and revenue assurance, ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.
N
Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
N
Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.
N
Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.
N
Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.
N




Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
N
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.
N
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.
N

nCandidate Profile

15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance.
N
Solid experience in P&L; management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management.
N
Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
N
Solid understanding ofrevenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.
N
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
N
Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Solid leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
