We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator & Programmer with robust practical knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up VMC machines for precision machining.
Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and job inspection.
Troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues independently.
Develop and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining.
Maintain quality and accuracy as per drawing requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of VMC machining and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds,
fixtures, and machining methods.
NX CAM programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to independently handle jobs from drawing to finished component.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with precision components will be preferred.
