Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
Develop, run, and validate CMM programs as per engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
Conduct in-process and final inspection to ensure product quality compliance.
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, documentation, and quality records.
Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring instruments.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Follow aerospace quality standards and safety protocols strictly.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2 years in Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing Industry.
Robust hands-on experience in CMM operation and programming.
Valuable knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Experience in process inspection and quality control.
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
