Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers and generate leads.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and understand customer requirements.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move them through the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/closing team for site visits, negotiations and closures.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
Candidates from Real Estate Sales, Pre-Sales, Telecalling or Closing backgrounds are preferred.
Candidates from other industries with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills can also apply.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales / Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Closing will be preferred.




Real estate candidates with Closing Manager / Closing Executive experience can also apply.
Candidates from other industries should have relevant sales experience, preferably involving customer interaction, lead conversion and target achievement.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and customer handling.
Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also be considered.
