Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT & Non-IT requirements.
Conduct candidate calls and initial screening.
Handle cold calling and candidate outreach.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
Freshers with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Any Bachelor's degree.
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willing to work in a US night shift.
Interest in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
Walk-In Interview Monday–Friday | 7 PM–10 PM
