We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in BPO bulk/volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, references, social media, walk-ins and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
Coordinate interviews, selection and joining formalities.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate trackers.
Ensure effective candidate engagement and joining conversion.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
Solid sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable handling high-volume recruitment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
