Core Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Interpret architectural and structural drawings, set out, level, and survey the site.
Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials regularly to ensure compliance with industry specifications and building codes.
Supervision & Coordination: Oversee contractors, subcontractors, foremen, and laborers while organizing daily work allocations.
Safety Enforcement: Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance in office.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges or design discrepancies rapidly to avoid expensive delays.
Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track milestone progress, and report material or scheduling discrepancies to the project manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiencies: Robust foundation in civil engineering principles, AutoCAD, and basic surveying methods.
Soft Skills: Transparent communication, site leadership, time management, and critical problem-solving capabilities.
Education: A Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
