Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete warehouse operations and manpower.
Ensure smooth inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper documentation, MIS and system/ERP updates.
Monitor safety, 5S and compliance standards.
Manage team performance, attendance and shift planning.
Drive operational efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
Robust knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Experience with SAP/WMS/ERP.
Valuable leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large teams and client operations.
