About UP Frame LLP

UP Frame LLP is a growing video editing and motion design agency working with brands, startups, and creators across India and internationally. We handle everything from short-form Reels and UGC content to long-form YouTube edits and talking-head videos. We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team and help us deliver premium, scroll-stopping content for our clients.

What You'll Do
Edit raw footage into polished short-form content (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style videos) built for retention
Edit talking-head and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts) with clean cuts, pacing, and storytelling
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design matching each brand's style
Color grade footage to a consistent, premium look
Work directly with clients/team to iterate based on feedback and performance
Manage multiple projects with quick, reliable turnaround

What We're Looking For




1–2+ years of experience in video editing (professional or robust freelance portfolio)
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and current content trends (Reels/Shorts format especially)
Understanding of color grading and basic motion graphics
Ability to work independently from a brief and meet deadlines
Positive communication and openness to feedback/revisions

Nice to Have
Experience editing for brands, agencies, or high-volume content pipelines
Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing
A reel/portfolio showcasing before-and-after transformations
