Job Summary

Senior Process Associate – MBO Operations (NOA / Payments / Escrow)

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing complex transactions, supporting process governance, coaching junior associates, and driving operational effectiveness across NOA, Payments, and Escrow functions

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

NOA

- Review complex contracts and ownership modifications.
- Perform detailed audits on contracts and supporting documentation.
- Resolve escalations and exception cases.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and policies.

Payments
- Handle payment research and reconciliation activities.
- Investigate unapplied payments, ACH rejects, and payment discrepancies.
- Support month-end reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.

Escrow
- Review escrow exceptions and balance due cases.
- Process complex escrow transactions.




- Validate financial calculations and supporting documents.
- Support root cause analysis of defects.

Governance & Improvement
- Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback.
- Assist in training and onboarding of current hires.
- Support reporting and MIS preparation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in RCA and corrective action planning.

Process documentation experience

Skill Requirements

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in NOA, Mortgage, Escrow, Payments, Banking Operations, or Financial Services.
