Role Description The Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer internship at Chordy.ai is an in office role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the design and development of PCBs for hardware components, including schematic capture, layout, and routing, in collaboration with electronics and RF engineers.

Daily tasks include reviewing design requirements, selecting appropriate components, optimizing signal integrity and power distribution, and ensuring manufacturability and reliability of designs. The role also involves creating and maintaining documentation,



supporting prototype bring-up and testing, and iterating on designs based on performance data and feedback. As an internship role, the designer will work under guidance from senior team members while contributing to core hardware design activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Circuit Design and Electronics, with hands-on experience in PCB layout and schematic tools.
- Knowledge of Analog circuit principles, including signal integrity, noise reduction, and power management.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, with understanding of embedded systems and hardware development workflows.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) concepts and RF-aware PCB design practices is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets, application notes, and hardware specifications.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers) and hardware testing is a plus.
