Role Description The Senior Process Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading process design and engineering activities for separation, and modular system projects, from feasibility through commissioning. Day-to-day tasks include developing process flow diagrams and P&IDs;, performing simulations and calculations, sizing equipment, and defining process control strategies.

Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, manufacturing, and project management to ensure designs meet performance, safety, regulatory, and client requirements. Additional responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, supporting HAZOP and risk assessments, guiding junior engineers, and providing technical support during fabrication, installation, testing, and plant start-up.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with proven experience in industrial or energy-sector projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Process Design, including development of PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment sizing, and process simulations.
- Experience with Process Control concepts and implementation, including control philosophies, instrumentation specifications, and integration with automation systems.
- Robust Analytical Skills for troubleshooting process issues, optimizing system performance, and interpreting technical data and test results.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with filtration and separation technologies, modular process systems, and EPC project environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements for process plants.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency with process simulation and design software, as well as standard engineering tools (e.g., MS Office, CAD interfaces).
