We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will actively contribute to design, implement, and maintain data solutions for clients. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration skills.

We are especially interested in individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess the ability to work efficiently in diverse client environments with varying data challenges.

Role & Responsibilities:

● Provide support for GCP/ AWS/ Azure managed infrastructure services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Networking, and other cloud resources.

● Monitor and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests from clients or internal teams.

● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including VM failures, network connectivity, storage access, and service API errors.

● Work closely with support, engineering, and cloud architects to escalate and resolve complex problems.

● Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.

● Assist in automation and scripting to streamline support processes (using tools like Terraform, gcloud CLI, Python, or Bash).

● Manage IAM policies, quotas, billing alerts, and resource provisioning issues. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles related to multi Cloud infrastructure support.

● Understands Compute, Network, Storage, Databases, Containers, DevOps, Security Operations, Kubernetes,



Micro-services on public cloud platforms

● Support onboarding and migration activities for new customers or workloads on cloud.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and performance optimization.

● Provide proactive recommendations for infrastructure improvements and cost optimization.

Skills expectation:

Technical Skills

● Must have 4+ years experience in provisioning infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms. Exposure to GCP/Azure/ AWS is preferable.

● Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Databases, networking/load balancing, serveless services, data analysis, data processing, cloud infra management and Cloud Monitoring.

● Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking (VPC, VPN, firewall rules), storage, and compute resources.

● Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

● Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.

● Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues.





● Familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools.

● Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.

● Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
