- Perform piping stress analysis and flexibility studies for Oil & Gas and energy projects.
- Develop and analyze piping stress models using CAESAR II.
- Perform sustained, thermal, occasional and expansion load case analysis.
- Evaluate equipment nozzle loads and piping support loads.
- Review piping layouts, isometrics and support arrangements from a stress perspective.
- Prepare piping stress analysis reports, calculation sheets and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with Piping, Mechanical, Process, Civil/Structural and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, API standards, project specifications and applicable design codes.
- Review and resolve client/consultant comments and incorporate design changes.
- Provide technical support for detailed EPC design and engineering deliverables.
- Participate in technical reviews and ensure quality of piping stress deliverables.
- Identify and resolve critical piping stress and flexibility issues.
