We are hiring an experienced Senior Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef / Pizza Cook to take responsibility for our pizza station in Cavelossim, South Goa.

This is a key hands-on position in a busy restaurant. We expect to produce approximately 50–60 pizzas per day, and we are therefore looking for someone with solid professional pizza experience who can independently manage the station, maintain consistency and perform efficiently during high-volume service.

Training will be provided on our specific recipes, dough, oven and restaurant standards, but candidates must already have robust pizza-making skills and professional kitchen experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Take responsibility for the daily operation of the pizza station, from preparation through service and closing.

✅ Prepare and manage pizza dough, including mixing, fermentation, portioning, proofing and storage.

✅ Stretch and shape pizzas quickly and consistently during service.

✅ Operate and control the pizza oven, managing temperature, cooking time and rotation to ensure consistent results.

✅ Maintain consistent standards for dough, size, toppings, cooking, texture and presentation.

✅ Anticipate dough and ingredient requirements according to expected covers and production levels.

✅ Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements to the Head Chef in advance.

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional pizza-making experience.





✔ Proven experience working independently on a professional pizza station.

✔ Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation and handling.

✔ Confident stretching and shaping pizza dough by hand.

✔ Experience operating a professional high-temperature pizza oven.

✔ Able to manage high-volume service efficiently without compromising quality.

✔ Understanding of food hygiene, stock management and waste control.

✔ Able to take ownership of the pizza station and maintain standards with limited supervision.

✔ Good command of Hindi and English.
