About MedLoc Physiotherapy Clinic

MedLoc Physiotherapy Clinic is a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care. We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services including orthopaedic, neurological, sports injury, post-surgical, spine and posture rehabilitation.

We are looking for an experienced and clinically competent Senior Physiotherapist who can take responsibility for patient management while also guiding and mentoring junior physiotherapists.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs.
- Provide hands-on treatment including manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques.
- Manage patients independently and handle complex clinical cases.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain proper patient records, treatment documentation and follow-up.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding exercises, posture, precautions and home-care programs.
- Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists and interns whenever required.
- Ensure adherence to MedLoc's clinical protocols, patient-care standards and workplace policies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Contribute to maintaining a skilled, positive and patient-friendly clinical setting.





Candidate Requirements
- BPT / MPT in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- If BPT, Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers with MPT can apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Good knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, sports and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage patients and take clinical decisions.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members.
- Professional attitude, punctuality and commitment towards patient care.
- Valid professional registration/licence, wherever applicable.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35000 per month (depending on experience and clinical competency) Work Location: Karol Bagh, Recent Delhi
