Progressive Minds is looking for a Senior Physics Faculty to join our academic team and lead the Physics preparation of Class XI & XII students.

We are looking for an educator who combines strong subject expertise, conceptual depth, numerical problem-solving ability, and competitive-exam orientation.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

CBSE | NCERT | JEE MAIN

- Complete Class XI & XII Physics with robust conceptual clarity Build advanced problem-solving skills through JEE Main-level questions Strengthen fundamentals across Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Modern Physics & Thermodynamics Develop students’ application-based thinking and numerical approach Train students to analyse, interpret and solve complex Physics problems Design and deliver high-quality questions, tests, assignments & assessments Track student performance and provide targeted academic intervention Ensure structured syllabus completion with regular revision and testing

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO




- Has excellent command over XI–XII Physics Can comfortably handle JEE Main-level problems Has strong conceptual and numerical problem-solving ability Can teach beyond formula-based learning and develop analytical thinking Can simplify complex Physics concepts without compromising academic depth Has strong classroom presence and student engagement skills Has experience in CBSE/JEE coaching or a reputed academic institution
