We train aspiring bakers and pastry chefs through hands-on, industry-focused programmes. /n /n We are looking for a Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical skills with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and creating . /n /n Position Details /n Location: MG Road, Bengaluru /n Salary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, based on experience and performance /n Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person /n Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off /n Selection: In-person interview + practical trial /n /n The Role /n /n

- Conduct hands-on practical and theory classes

/n

- Demonstrate and teach professional baking & pâtisserie techniques

/n

- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback

/n

- Develop and standardise recipes, products and techniques

/n

- Improve curriculum, modules and training standards

/n

- Maintain high standards of taste, texture,



presentation and execution

- Support kitchen operations, hygiene and food-safety standards
