Position: Senior Oracle EBS Techno Functional Analyst

A qualified Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 analyst will have a distinct mix of core functional knowledge, technical capabilities, and project delivery experience.

Core functional module expertise in:

Order to Cash (O2C)

o Order Management (OM) & Advanced Pricing: Sales order processing, line scheduling, hold management, price lists, modifiers, and qualifiers o Shipping Execution (WSH): Pick release rules, pick confirmation, packing, delivery grouping, and ship confirm workflows.

o Accounts Receivable (AR): AutoInvoice import from OM, transaction typing, receipt application, manual and AutoLockbox processing, customer profile classes, and Trading Community Architecture (TCA)

o Cash Management (CE): Bank statement loading and automatic reconciliation for customer receipts.

Procure to Pay (P2P)

o Purchasing (PO) & iProcurement: Requisition approvals, Approval Management Engine (AME), PO generation, blanket purchase agreements (BPA), and multi-tier approval hierarchies.

o Inventory (INV): Receiving, inspection, 2-way/3-way/4-way matching validations, item master setup, subinventories, and move orders o Accounts Payable (AP): Payables Open Interface,



matching to POs and receipts, invoice holds/validation, payment process requests (PPR), and withholding taxes

Technical competencies

o Understanding of Oracle EBS table structures and basic SQL knowledge of base tables, interface tables, and error tables across OE, WSH, RA, PO, RCV, AP, and XLA schemas.

o Basic knowledge of interfaces, APIs, reports, and workflows

Project delivery o Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)

o Testing & Support: Unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation, hypercare support.

Soft skills o Requirements gathering: Translating complex business accounting requirements into standard Oracle EBS configuration before defaulting to custom code.

o Data Migration & Cutover: Legacy data extraction mapping, staging, validation, conversion execution, and cutover task sequencing.

o Robust communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
