We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant (EBS R12) to design, develop, and support custom technical solutions across core Oracle E-Business Suite modules. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of RICEW objects, complex B2B/EDI integrations, and production support while collaborating closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

RICEW Development: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) within Oracle EBS R12.

B2B & E-Invoicing Integrations: Architect and maintain XML Message Designer, XML Gateway, XSD development, E-Invoicing, and EDI integrations.

Module Technical Support: Build and support technical solutions for Order Management (OM), Oracle Services, iStore (JSP), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Architecture & Data Management: Leverage Oracle standard APIs, open interface tables, concurrent programs, flexfields, and multi-org access control (MOAC) to deliver scalable solutions.

SDLC Execution: Drive technical design documentation (MD70/MD120), integration testing, code deployments, data migration, cutover execution, and root-cause production issue resolution.





Stakeholder Engagement: Lead technical design discussions, facilitate cross-functional workshops, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Development: Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder, Forms Personalization, and Unix Shell Scripting.

Integration Expertise: Proven experience with XML Message Designer, XML Gateway, XSD schemas, EDI standards, and E-Invoicing frameworks.

EBS Architecture: Deep working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 database schemas, standard base tables, interface tables, and public APIs.

Methodologies: Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Soft Skills: Solid communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle iStore customization and JSP extensions.

Background in large-scale data migration and cutover execution for global EBS instances.
