✅ 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience (Functional or Technical)
✅ Strong experience in:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Absence Management
✅ Experience with:
Redwood UX
Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / VBCS
HDL / HSDL
OTBI Reporting
BI Publisher
HCM Extracts
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
REST/SOAP APIs
Security Console and Role Configuration
✅ Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancements, and support projects
✅ Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
