Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SS Welder with hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of welding techniques, SS materials, fabrication drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work on Stainless Steel (SS) components and structures.
Carry out TIG/GTAW, MIG/GMAW and/or ARC welding as required.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, measurements, and welding symbols.
Select appropriate welding parameters, electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gases for SS welding.
Perform proper fit-up, tack welding, alignment, and finishing of fabricated components.
Ensure welds are free from cracks, porosity, undercut, distortion, and other defects.
Carry out grinding, polishing, and finishing of SS weld joints.
Maintain proper cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination of stainless steel surfaces.
Inspect completed welds and correct defects when required.




Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in valuable working condition.
Work according to production schedules and meet required quality standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Positive practical knowledge of Stainless Steel welding and fabrication.
Knowledge of SS grades such as 304 and 316 is preferred.
Knowledge of TIG welding of SS will be an advantage.
Ability to understand basic fabrication drawings and dimensions.
Knowledge of welding consumables and shielding gases such as Argon.
Good understanding of welding defects and their prevention.
Ability to use basic measuring and fabrication tools.
Good attention to detail and quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
