Job Summary
PLUTO IT Services Inc. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic OPT Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in US IT Staffing, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and OPT/STEM OPT hiring. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters as well as freshers who are looking to build a career in the US Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify IT candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit and engage candidates who are on OPT/STEM OPT and seeking opportunities in the US IT market.
Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, location, and job preferences.
Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification calls.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and submit qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in internal systems.
Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively.
Good understanding of IT roles and technologies is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to learn US Staffing and recruitment processes.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience
2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment / OPT Recruitment is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
