Ø Location: Mumbai

Ø Qualification: Or Military retired Or Police retired or M.Sc. / BSc Nursing (from school recognized by Indian Nursing Council), Certificate / Diploma in management will be an advantage. Nursing council registration is mandatory.

Ø Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. In reputed Hospital, in various departments like ICU, OT, Casualty, Wards. Experience in reputed Home Healthcare companies is also welcome.Or Militery experience or Police experience

Ø Managed team of 20-30 people

Job Profile:

Ø Manage team Nursing Coordinators and be directly responsible for quality of care and service continuity of Nursing and Nursing Attender patients in Mumbai.

Ø SPOC with Hospital, Consultant, patient, Patient relatives for providing precise care

Ø Guiding and training the team for technical and soft skills

Ø Leading and managing nursing and allied staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions

Ø Taking daily report from the onsite staff about patient well-being, and updating to the relatives, consultant

Ø Anticipating challenges in patient health and updating to the relatives and consultant on time

Ø Creating cordial relations with referring community like Consultants, Hospitals, Nursing homes

Ø Continuous Training the team on various medical topics and procedures, on regular basis as decided by the management





Ø Site visit at Hospital and Patient home for assessment and signing the contract with the patient.

Ø Maintaining and archiving patient data

Ø Managerial skills, should be able to lead and manage a large team.

Ø Soft skills, soft spoken, with strong communication skills and pleasing personality

Ø Trainer, Should be able to train staff on technical, professional and soft skills

Ø Languages

Ø Minimum requirement, ability to read, write and speak in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and English. Speaking ability in any other Indian language will be an added advantage.
