We are looking for a Senior Odoo Technical Lead to lead the technical development, customization, implementation, integration, and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems. The role will involve managing Odoo technical projects, guiding developers, improving system performance, and ensuring Odoo solutions meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Manage Odoo integrations with other systems and applications.
- Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Optimize Odoo performance, database, and system architecture.
- Manage Odoo upgrades, migrations, and version updates.
- Work closely with business, finance, HR, operations, and other departments.
- Lead and mentor Odoo developers and technical team members.
- Manage technical documentation and deployment processes.
- Coordinate with external Odoo vendors/consultants when required.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and access controls.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes through Odoo.
