? We're Hiring: Senior Odoo Technical Consultant

Are you an Odoo expert who enjoys designing solutions, not just building them? We're looking for a Senior Odoo Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, integration and deployment of enterprise-grade Odoo ERP solutions, and to guide a growing development team.

What you'll do

? Design scalable, secure and upgrade-friendly Odoo solutions

? Develop and customise modules, workflows, reports and dashboards

? Build REST API integrations with HRMS, Payroll, CRM, banking, payment gateway and e-commerce platforms

? Lead technical workstreams, run code reviews and mentor junior developers

? Manage deployments, version upgrades, migrations and performance tuning

? Take part in client workshops and technical discussions

What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development and technical consulting

✅ Multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations





✅ Advanced Python and strong PostgreSQL skills

✅ Deep knowledge of the Odoo framework, ORM, security, automated actions and scheduled jobs

✅ Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML and Git

✅ Working knowledge of Linux, plus exposure to Azure, AWS or Docker

✅ Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Applications or a related field

Nice to have

⭐ Odoo Technical Certification

⭐ Experience with Odoo 16, 17 or newer

⭐ Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices

⭐ Multi-company or multi-country Odoo environments
